The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract without being required to give a reason acceptable to the seller for the decision. Carrot Gifting reserves the right of refusal of any refunds after the termination of the contract (including Shipping costs to the consumer). Refunds, if agreed, shall be made within than sixty days after the receipt of the notification of such a mutually agreed withdrawal.
Once the consumer has already received the goods, the goods cannot be returned without the consent of the seller. Returned goods need to be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Returned goods must attach a copy of the original invoice that you receive when you receive the goods.The buyer has no right of return in cases where the goods were produced under strict instructions by the buyer.
